Here are some factors to keep in mind when giving yourself that 1–10 rating: ● Productivity.Are you getting a lot done, or are you struggling? ● Alertness.Do you feel alert or sleepy? ● Mood.Are your happy or in a bad mood? ● Focus.Are you focused and able to concentrate or unfocused and distracted? ● And so on. If there are any other factors you feel impact your productivity, take them into account too. Take these factors into consideration and give yourself a score of 1–10.
