In Scrum parlance, you could think of an efficiencer firm as one that convinces the client to delegate product ownership to a member of the firm. Your client would say, “Hey, Efficiencers Inc., we have the goal of automating customer orders, and you’ve told us that you’ll take on the project and deliver a system that lets us process ten times as many orders per hour as we currently do.
