Wow this is awesome, a damsel in distress that’s left to (implied) be a badass but we literally NEVER SEE HER, and probably WILL NEVER SEE HER in book 2. Good writing, guys. Kat’s TOTALLY a great multifaceted character and not just a manic pixie dream girl
