We know how he feels. The debate over whether computers are, or ever can be, truly creative might be of interest to some people, but we are much more excited by questions about how to maximize the total amount of creativity in the world. The right way to do this, we believe, is to push ahead on two fronts: continuing to work on making computers that can come up with good new ideas, and figuring out the best ways to bring them together with human creators.
