We run past that zealot Darth Vader as he exits the office of our boss’s bosses’ boss. I don’t think Vader is a good manager of people. I’m constantly surprised to see him fail upward, but that, more than anything, is the way it goes. There are so many qualified military minds on this base, and they all defer to him.
