PranaScience: Decoding Yoga Breathing

I want to mention one of my adventurous experiments in the year 2013. First, I collected saliva under four different conditions: 1) normal basal saliva that I collected just prior to the following exercises, 2) saliva collected after five minutes of chanting Om, 3) saliva collected after five minutes of Thirumoolar pranayamam, and 4) saliva collected after I stressed myself out by watching horrific pictures for five minutes (Caution! I watched some extremely disturbing images from google images under the search term “Eelam war crime pictures” showing pictures of Tamil civilians wounded and dead during the Sri Lankan civil war from nearly the 1980s until the war officially ended in 2009).
