It didn’t make sense that a single event could have transformed someone so radically, that one day he was himself and then for no other reason than bad luck he woke up as someone else entirely. It seemed too much like the stuff of science fiction and horror movies, of Revenge of the Bodysnatchers or Freaky Friday, certainly not something that could occur in the real world.
