Womb and Belly Breath Place one hand on your lower belly and relax your tummy muscles. Then slowly inhale through your nose, bringing air right down into the bottom of your lungs. You should feel your tummy rise, which expands the lower parts of your lungs. Continue to inhale as your ribcage expands outwards; and finally, your collarbones rise. At the peak of your inhalation, pause for a moment and feel your womb space and your tummy filled with love.
