HOW TO MAKE A WITCHES’ LADDER To cast a spell with a witches’ ladder, take three pieces of string, ribbon or yarn – preferably in colours relevant to your intent (to check out correspondences). To cast the spell, focus your intent on the ribbons; and as you braid them, ‘weave your desire’ into the braid by singing, whispering or chanting it.
