What you’ll need: 125ml/4fl oz/½ cup Riesling wine 1 egg 65g/2¾oz/⅔ cup plain flour 340g/11¾oz/1 cup honey 2 tbsp sugar ⅛ tsp cinnamon ⅛ tsp nutmeg Dash of salt What to do: Beat the egg together with the wine in a bowl. In another mixing bowl, sift together the flour, cinnamon, sugar and salt. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir until blended into a smooth batter. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
