One way to negotiate ideas amongst a group of stakeholders is to use the technique pass the cards. This technique is sometimes called 35 or 49 because of the point scoring system used but, for simplicity, and in deference to its name in Jean Tabaka’s Collaboration Explained, I call it pass the cards.
