Madanlal's sexual organs were played with, abused, prodded and beaten with sticks. Then, big red ants were released on his naked body. Apart forom these three, there was a ‘Maratha’ who spoke Punjabi, an arms dealer with a big beard from Poona and his servant who were all involved in this attempt on Gandhi’s life. After hearing this, the police were taken aback. Until now, they were under the impression that this was the work of some disgruntled refugees from Punjab.
