Justice Acchu Ram, in his judgement, set aside the indictment of the Delhi and Bombay police by the trial court and cleared them of all wrong doings. However, in the case of Parchure, Justice Acchu Ram compared the police to ‘demons from hell’ and criticized them for using inhuman means to force Parchure into signing a confession.
