Accordingly, every manager in the company must become literate in the tools of entrepreneurial management, even managers who are not directly involved with startups. They need to understand why some people are working differently, be able to hold them accountable to new standards, and recognize when their own normal gatekeeper functions, such as HR, IT, legal, and compliance, are getting in the way.
