This isn’t a battle I’ll ever win. No one wins with PTSD.

This is such bullshit!!!! PTSD is a highly treatable disorder. People recover from PTSD with proper trauma processing treatment. Writing this is a fucking disservice to every single survivor who has done the work and a death sentence to those who believe this bullshit is true and don’t get help because shit like this makes it seem hopeless.

There’s no magic pill. The triggers don’t fade.

Bullshit! Not there isn’t a magic pill but there are some damn good and highly effective treatments.
