In context, the writer of the book of Hebrews was simply saying that the sacrifice of Jesus was greater than the sacrifice of animals, that Jesus is a priest greater than Aaron, and that His body was the greater dwelling of God than the Tabernacle of Moses. So when the writer of Hebrews talks about Jesus replacing the Law, he only means the religious or ceremonial aspects of the Law. The true essence of God’s Law is to love Him and to love people. That will never change.
