It should be acknowledged at this juncture that Charles Taze Russell did not personally write each and every magazine article himself. Zion’s Watch Tower had a number of regular contributors. However, Russell was the chief editor and, as such, would have checked each article personally before approving it for print. Even if he had not written a certain article himself, he would have signed off on it before publication in a magazine for which he was legally accountable.
