The sun causes the quantum shifts in evolution we see at the end of the 26,000 year cycles. More specifically, various scientific studies have conclusively proven that light has the ability to change DNA structure at a fundamental level.
Of course for the minority who are on the negative, service-to-self path, this event will not be welcomed. That’s because the massive solar flares will contain huge amounts of high vibrational “positive” energy that is needed to shift the planet to the positive fourth density, and anyone with very negative energy will be unable to cope with it. It may very likely cause psychological breakdowns and other issues. This could be why some religious traditions have called it the “Day of Judgment.”
Each of us has chosen to come into this life with a certain set of talents that can be used to be of service to others. It could be something as simple as being a patient and nonjudgmental listener. It could be that you are artistic and your art touches people on a deep level. It could be that you are a great leader who can effect real, meaningful change. Or, you may have a gift of writing or making music or cooking or healing. The list is endless. But no natural talent or skill is fundamentally more important than another, even if one skill seems to touch thousands of people and another only

We are not humans who have temporary spiritual experiences. We are Spirit having a temporary human experience.
We only appear to be moving forward in time, evolving as an individual soul, learning lessons of love, and slowly perfecting ourselves. In reality, we exist in all states in the eternal now, which is all there really is.
Now, all of a sudden, we are no longer relating to our romantic love partner as the source of our happiness (and therefore someone who can take it away), but rather sharing ourselves more fully and unconditionally. We are not demanding that another is the provider of our happiness and love, so we accept them as they are and give them the freedom to be themselves without conditions. This, in turn, changes the quality of the relationship, making it a more authentic exchange of love between two people rather than a conduit through which two people seek to get their needs met from each other in

feel compassion for the human they are, seeing them as one who has temporarily lost awareness of their connection to the Source and operating from separation consciousness, while the former keeps you trapped in separation consciousness.
when we bring our darker aspects to the light of consciousness, they are transmuted and no longer hold a secret power over us, and that’s when, ironically, we end up receiving what we desire—and without all the struggle and suffering that comes with giving it power over us and becoming a slave to its screaming demands.
As Carl Jung so eloquently stated, “One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.”
This brings us to one of the most important principles that can help us live life in human form. Namely, modern science has shown us that time is an illusion, so that the “you” without physical limits that is made of pure unending love and joy (which your soul is evolving toward in the distant future) exists in that state now. There is only now. What we perceive of as past, present, and future are actually coordinates in a three-dimensional structure of time, and regardless of the coordinate you choose, it’s still now there. Only the now exists.
The “you” who you think you are is really but a tiny fraction of all that you actually are. You are a limitless being that has “split itself” multidimensionally, and you’re now consciously experiencing one small part of yourself on this level.
Your physical self is the vehicle; your Spirit Self the driver. I have created the following diagram (see figure 9.1) to help you visualize yourself existing on two planes simultaneously (this is only a useful simplification; in truth we are multidimensional beings). As you see, your Spirit Self completely encompasses your physical self. The physical self is simply the conduit through which the Spirit Self (your true Self) experiences.
if we’re simply performing a loving act for the sake of love itself, and not unconsciously seeking approval, then why would we feel angry and hurt if the act is not acknowledged or reciprocated? Only if the act is triggered from an unconscious fear that “I am not enough” will it cause such feelings to arise, because the lack of acknowledgement and reciprocation seems to confirm the very fear that gave rise to the act.
Your Spirit Self knows what is needed for the evolution of your soul and plans everything, no matter how painful or tragic it seems.
Most of us go through the majority of our lives this way, thinking that we are free while never realizing that we are nothing but slaves to life’s triggers and our conditioned, unconscious reactions. We are slaves because we are not choosing how to respond to any given set of stimuli but rather reacting without choice.
We may feel righteous in our bad mood, but then often that righteousness turns to guilt, and we feel bad for how we’ve been acting. Then we start punishing ourselves internally, which does nothing but solidify the unconscious patterns of reaction that ensure that the vicious cycle is kept alive and we act the exact same way the next time something like this happens.
Remember, if you had already learned the lessons you needed to, then you would not be incarnated in human form in the third density with all of these limitations to begin with. So the limitations are not bad, and they are not to be judged. They are purposeful learning mechanisms.
Parents cannot possibly respond to every single need of a child instantaneously and, on an emotional level, each unmet need results in strong emotions becoming trapped in the very cellular structure of the growing child. When this is also added to the fact that we all come into each incarnation with the soul memory of many previous lifetimes and all the pain and suffering that they entailed, it’s not surprising that anger is a common denominator among so many people.
When something seems to trigger you into an unconscious pattern of acting in an unkind manner, catch the rising emotion in the moment as quickly as possible and don’t judge yourself for it. Realize that it is normal and a valid part of being human. Remind yourself that being a spiritual person and living an awakened life does not mean that you won’t have negative thoughts and feelings. Rather, simply feel the feeling fully without judgment. Let it be there. And realize that it’s just a feeling. It, in itself, is not a problem.
The anger stays only when you start telling yourself a story about why you’re justified to feel angry with that person. Now it’s no longer a natural temporary emotion but rather a mental story that has taken on a life of its own and fuels a whole slew of negative emotions from which you have no escape.
To be truly free, we must feel our emotions with full acceptance. Willingly embrace them no matter how uncomfortable. What you’ll find is that they quickly dissolve. Why? Because embracing and fully accepting them is an act of unconditional love, and darkness dissolves in the light of love.
Quite simply, as Carl Jung told us, what we resist persists. When we learn to welcome everything that happens in life, and to welcome all our emotions, we learn what true freedom is. We understand that life truly is not about manipulating and controlling circumstances to fit our desires but rather about surrendering and fearlessly accepting whatever arises in the moment, whether that is a seemingly negative or positive event or emotion. It is this equanimity toward life (both externally and internally) that is true freedom. Then we are no longer this small physical self struggling to have its
