Perception is everything. To a large extent, what you perceive is what you get. In turn, Psychologists (Psychology Today, 1991) have determined ‘What you perceive is what you believe’, so your thoughts determine what you actually see.
don't see challenge as a chore or as work, but change your mindset to value obstacles and barriers as puzzles to solve.
Things constantly change, we have to continuously update our skills and we cannot be naturally good (whatever that means) at everything, no matter how much we want to be.
The key is to relish them. Your brain is muscle, and it needs to be challenged in order to grow.
The hallmark of successful individuals is that they love learning: they seek challenges, they value effort, and they persist in the face of obstacles’

We should view success as the result of hard work, not as the product of talent.

Conditioning can change your life and increase your success, and the empowering thing is that it shows that you are in control.
Remember, though, that someday is not a day that can be marked off on the calendar
Do what you want, what you need to do NOW in order to make things happen.
Make plans, follow them through, and realize that you need to take account of things that are important NOW, or else they are not important.
