Peer leadership, as you probably know, is one of the most challenging types of leadership because your peers can and will push back without fear of repercussion. If they don’t agree with a decision you make, there is no silent protest—you’ll hear about it immediately. When you screw up, the jokes that would typically be told behind your back are told right to your face.
