Do it under supervision the first time.      —  Breathe in deeply, and then exhale      —  Breathe in deeply, and then exhale      —  Breathe in deeply, and then exhale      —  Breathe at a pace and rhythm that feel most comfortable      —  Repeat this 30 times      —  The last time, breathe out completely, then in again very deeply, out again slowly, and then wait.
