The knowledge ‘I am’ is like a small image of a screen appearing on that screen. From the standpoint of the image, the image of the screen is part of the image; from the standpoint of the screen it is the screen. From the point of view of the mind, the knowledge ‘I am’ is an experience within the mind; from the point of view of awareness, it is awareness itself.
