The body can't process them without diluting with a base, like coconut oil or another base oil or butter (Shea butter, coco butter). So, this is probably a blend. Why didn't they call Rory? Could have dragged him down the road a bit, left him tied to a tree with the pills in his pocket a note. Or, fed him one, loaded him in his car and left him naked in said car in a field.
