My estate would never be the same without my Button.
“She was just asking me about my vineyard.” “I thought we didn’t lie to each other.”
He called it pussy shit.
“Yeah. I like riding in your car. It’s nice.” If she wanted to get into my pants, all she had to do was compliment my ride. “Thanks. It looks a lot nicer when you’re in the passenger seat.” She gave me a sexy grin. “How about the back seat?”
“I want it like this. I want it slow. I want you to kiss me like I’m the only woman in the world who matters to you. Now do it.” She wanted vanilla sex. Fuck no, I wasn’t giving it to her. “I’m not making love to you.” “You bet your ass you are.”
“Mine.” She rubbed her hand against my chest. “Yours.”
Losing my freedom wasn’t what bothered me. It was losing my ability to pay for things I wanted.
His hands rested on my cheeks. “You’re killing me, Button.” “You’re killing me too.”
“When would you like to go?” “Tomorrow.” “I have work.” “Now you don’t.”
No matter how she tasted, I wanted her on my tongue.
It was my pleasure to hurt her, but it was also my honor to make her feel good.
“You think I’m gorgeous?” That was an understatement. “You’re the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen.”
“We don’t lie to each other, remember?”
He grabbed me by the neck and slammed my head into the floor. “Today is the last day you’ll ever see.”
“Crow, you can go.” “Maybe I need to sit with you.” He spoke quietly, like he didn’t want me to hear. “No, you don’t.” “You don’t understand. Maybe you don’t need me, but I need you. So please, just let me sit here.”
One of my men placed a black duffel bag on the floor beside us. It landed with a heavy thud. Bones glanced at it. “If she’s in there, you’ll be dead before you walk out that door.”
Despite her pain and suffering, I still wanted to fuck her. There was something seriously wrong with me.
“You’re the best sex I’ve ever had. How can I not be?” Instead of being aroused by the statement, he was irritated. “I’m the only sex you’ve ever had. There has never been anyone before me. There will be no one after me.”
“I love you, Crow.”
