The NonSense of NonDual: From Mindfulness to Oneness

If you are assuming that there is an intellectual definition of NonDual, you will be disappointed. NonDual is nonsensical.

The famous Rubin vase explains it best. We can see the vase, or the faces. Not both at the same time. That is a great analogy for consciousness itself. Awareness of self simultaneously creates awareness of other. You and I. It and me. Whatever.
