I realized that if something important is at stake, the human mind gets ignited and the working capacity gets enhanced manifold.

A creative person has to have the attitude to accept change and newness, a willingness to play with ideas and possibilities, a flexibility of outlook and the habit of enjoying what is good all the while looking for ways to improve it.

I would like to convey here. First is about the resilience and courage to pick ourselves up and work towards a resurgence after a setback.

Second is about the role of a leader in managing failure.
