I highly encourage you to begin your declarations with “I am...” (Or at least as often as grammar rules allow!) For example, “I am healthy. I am a best-selling author. I am beautiful inside and out. I am confident. I am full of courage. I am on time everywhere I go. I am an excellent leader.”
