Eve in Exile and the Restoration of Femininity

Women are not here simply as the necessary apparatus by which more men are introduced into the world. If God had wanted a race of all males, He could have made one. He made women because women are necessary to the entire mission, not simply because God couldn’t think of another way to get more men into the world to do all the real work.

Christ was equal with God, but willingly humbled Himself. He offered Himself up in submission to God the Father, but not because He was inferior. When a woman submits to her husband, her head, she is picturing that. She is picturing Christ, willingly submitting, as an equal, to the Head.

The technology we have access to makes it incredibly easy to spend very little time on the basics of living and then spend the rest of our days kicked back in neutral. But instead of being content with the bare minimum, what if we were to try to pursue excellence? What if, instead of looking for every possible way to cut corners, we were to look for every possible way to get better at our tasks?

if we women decided to take our motivation, our drive, our inspiration, our imagination, and our creativity, and aim it toward our homes, our husbands, and our children, we would find a vast and glorious and transformative world of possibilities open up before us.
