Learning, moving from doubt to certainty, is often a process of trial and error. Trial and error is how we learn to walk, ride a bicycle, read, or play an instrument. In other words, we learn through action. When we put teams on projects, then, we want them to be able to act and, specifically, act in ways that bring learning.
