The depth of our suffering can also result in the height of our joy.

Now ask yourself: “What is my heart’s desire? What do I wish for myself, for my loved ones, and for the world?”
the trauma is significant, there is no going back to the relationship that you had before, but there is the opportunity for a new relationship. When we renew relationships, we can benefit from healing our family or community. When we release the relationship, we can move on, especially if we can truly wish the best for the person who has harmed us, and recognize that they, like us, simply want to avoid suffering and be happy in their life.
