Perhaps the most important thing to remember if you’re trying to implement Lean UX with distributed teams is this: the members of these teams must be awake at the same time. The overlap doesn’t need to cover an entire work day but there must be some block of time every day during which colleagues can have conversations and participate in collaborative exercises.
