quality of people against quantity of people. And that’s vital. You need the resources, you need the headcount, to do the job but you need the quality. Therefore developing a team, growing a team, is always two steps forward and one step back. However well you think you have chosen the team, you find when you get them together some of the chemistry doesn’t work and you have to take a step back.
