What I learned from this experience is that often the answer is not to strive constantly to think only positive thoughts about something we want; it’s the ability to ask, believe, and then let go. Trusting that the Universe has received my wish, being confident that I have articulated it clearly, and believing that my wish will be granted are the three steps I have mastered.
Get on to the frequency of good with your thoughts and words. Firstly you will feel good, and secondly you will be on the frequency of receiving more good.
To change our lives, at some point we have to decide that, rather than suffer anymore, we are going to live in happiness. And one way we can do that is to make the decision to look for things to appreciate, no matter what.
I am so happy, and each day it is a joy to know that no one is going to take it away, because the happier I am, the more happiness I receive.
If you constantly go back over your life and focus on the difficulties from the past, you are just bringing more difficult circumstances to you now. When you think back over your life, let go of all the things you don’t love about your childhood and keep only the things you love. Let go of the things you don’t love about your adolescent and adult years and keep only the good things. When you do, you’ll discover that you begin to feel happier and happier. Like attracts like, and when you’re happy, you attract happy people, circumstances, and events into your life. This is how your life changes – one happy thought at a time!
Your life is a reflection of what you hold inside you, and what you hold inside you is always under your control.
The answer to happiness is simply to stop doing the things that are making you unhappy!
It’s not the circumstances of life that are preventing you from being happy; it’s the excuses you’re making not to be happy.
Stop entertaining thoughts of misery about anything in the past. If you focus on past difficulties, you are bringing more difficult circumstances now. Believing negative thoughts is the biggest contributor to humanity’s unhappiness.
Fill yourself with positive thoughts and feelings, because where positivity exists, negativity cannot exist at the same time.
To be happy, look for things to appreciate, no matter what is happening around you.
There is no such thing as a hopeless situation.
Practice being happy today. Your future life depends on it.

Needing money is a powerful feeling, and so of course, through the law of attraction, you will continue to attract needing money. To change what you’re attracting, you must tip the balance of your thoughts from lack-of-money to more-than-enough-money. Think more thoughts of abundance than of lack, and you have tipped the balance.

We can never bring anything to us unless we are grateful for what we have. In fact, if somebody were completely and utterly grateful for everything, they would never have to ask for anything, because it would be given to them before they even asked.
They say that money doesn’t grow on trees, but when you’re truly grateful, it may just come to you out of the blue – a gift from the Universe.
If you want to attract more money, make lists of the things you will buy with the money. Surround yourself with pictures of the things you would like and always feel the feelings of having those things now. Imagine sharing those things with the ones you love and imagine their happiness.
When you are acting to receive from the Universe, you will feel as if you are flowing with the current. It will feel effortless. That is the feeling of inspired action and of being in the flow of the Universe and life.
Think good thoughts. Speak good words. Take good actions. Three steps that will bring more to you than you can ever imagine.
You can’t bring more of anything into your life by focusing on its lack. To attract more money, focus on abundance. Tip the balance of your thoughts from lack-of-money to more-than-enough-money. Make lists of things you will buy with the money. Imagine spending money on the things that you want. Tell yourself, “I can afford that.” Don’t make money your only target, but make your target what you want to be, do, or have.
We can’t bring anything to us unless we are grateful for what we already have. Gratitude is riches. Be grateful for what you want before you’ve received it. Happiness brings money.
If you find yourself in a negative situation with someone in your life, take a few minutes each day to feel love within your heart for that person, and then send it out into the Universe. Just doing this one thing helps to remove any resentment, anger, or negativity toward that person. Remember that feeling resentment, anger, or any negative emotion attracts it back to you. Feeling love attracts love back to you. What you are feeling for another, you are bringing to you.
In every circumstance and moment of your life, there are two paths available to you. The two paths are the positive and the negative, and YOU are the one who chooses which path you will take.
Keys to Relationships You can change any so-called negative relationship by changing the way you see that person. Look for the things you love and appreciate about the other person, and the relationship will change. As with everything in life, when it comes to relationships, you need to believe you already have what you want in order to receive it. When trying to attract or restore a relationship, make sure your actions reflect what you expect to receive.
What you are feeling for another, you are bringing to you. Feeling love can single-handedly transform the relationships in your life. Love everything you can. Love everyone you can. Focus only on things you love. The more you give, the more you’ll receive in your relationships and in your life.
Allow the doctors you have chosen to do their work, and keep your mind focused on well-being. Think thoughts of well-being. Speak words of well-being. And imagine yourself completely well.
All stress begins with one negative thought. One thought goes unchecked, and then more thoughts come, and more, until stress manifests. The effect is stress, but the cause was negative thinking, and it all began with one little negative thought. No matter what you might have manifested, you can change it . . . with one small, positive thought and then another.
My biggest thing was finding the love in my past. If a memory comes up that causes me grief, I just find something I loved about that time and allow myself to feel it. Then that moment in time doesn’t ever bother me again.
You cannot bring what you want to you if you are feeling stress. Stress or any tension at all is something you have to remove from your system. The emotion of stress is saying strongly that you do NOT have what you want. Stress or tension is the absence of faith, and so to remove it, all you have to do is increase your faith!
How can it be that the mind has so much power to change physical things? Ancient traditions tell us emphatically that everything – absolutely everything – we perceive in the physical world is made of “mind.” They say that all matter is actually “mind stuff,” and that is why the mind can change anything.
Lucinda understood that if her affirmations were to work, she had to talk to her dog as if she were perfectly healthy. Focusing on the tumor would only be giving it more power.
Think thoughts of well-being. Speak words of well-being. And imagine yourself completely well. No matter what might have manifested, you can change it – with one positive thought and then another. To keep your body and mind healthy, don’t believe negative thoughts. Instead, turn your mind to positive thoughts of beauty, love, gratitude, and joy. Visualize and let positive pictures of health flood your mind and body.
This is the law. All creation in your life begins inside of you.
You deserve all the good things life has to offer. Whatever you desire, the Universe wants you to have it.
Live the life you dream of having on the inside first, and then it will manifest.
It is never too late to change anything or everything – change the way you think, change the way you feel.
