Isaiah 55:11: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
A prophetic person hears or sees the word, then aligns their heart with it and declares it. When the word is released there is power upon it and supernatural changes begin to take place.
What is man that You are mindful of him, and the son of [earth-born] man that you care for him? Yet you have made him a litter lower than God, and You have crowned him with glory and honor. You made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet (Psalms 8:4–6 AMP).
What a profound Scripture in regard to God’s mind toward you.
Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways (Job 22:28 KJV).
Through your obedience to His decrees spoken for your life, you will begin to walk in total blessing and freedom.
We must know that “by faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible” (Heb. 11:3 NIV).
God spoke from the invisible and eternal realm, and His decree caused things to manifest in the visible realm.
What you decree out of your mouth will become what you live. In other words, what you decree today you will live in that reality tomorrow.
The Bible says that “Death and life are in the power of the tongue” (Prov. 18:21 KJV) and “How forcible are right words” (Job 6:25 KJV).
A person’s tongue can snare them or set them back. The prophetic decrees spoken out of our mouth can be forcible, powerful, and set us up for greatness or failure. Our words will eith...

We have the power to permit or prohibit things from happening in our lives.
Our words hold power and become the very picture frame that we create.
When a Christian believer decrees blessing, then the blessing is now established in their lives or in others they pray, speak, and decree over. We have to have faith to believe this biblical principle and practice it in our own lives. Heaven is declaring the glory of the Lord over your life to establish you.
Therefore, you have the legislative power, the authority to decree things out of the invisible realm and with expectation see those words become your reality. God wants His glory to shine through you and in you each day as you hear His voice through Heaven Declares.

Romans 4:17, “calleth those things which be not as though they were” (KJV).
And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth (Deuteronomy 28:1 KJV).
In Jeremiah 1:9 it says, “Then the Lord put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the Lord said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth” (KJV). But in verse 12, God goes on to tell the prophet Jeremiah that He will quicken His Word to perform it!
“God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus” (Eph. 2:6 NIV).
If we are seated with Christ Jesus while on earth, then we must listen, pray, rule, and engage from that dimension.
“The Lord God has given Me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him who is weary. He awakens Me morning by morning; He awakens My ear to hear as the learned” (Isa. 50:4 NKJV).
John 21:12, “Simon Peter went up and drew the net to land, full of large fish, a hundred and fifty-three; and although there were so many, the net was not torn. Jesus said to them, ‘Come and have breakfast.’ None of the disciples ventured to question Him, ‘Who are You?’ knowing that it was the Lord. Jesus came and took the bread and gave it to them, and the fish likewise” (NASB).
Isaiah 26:9 puts it this way, “My soul yearns for you in the night; in the morning my spirit longs for you. When your judgments come upon the earth, the people of the world learn righteousness” (NIV).
Evil men do not understand justice, but those who seek the Lord understand all (Proverbs 28:5 NKJV).
And you, my son Solomon, acknowledge the God of your father, and serve him with wholehearted devotion and with a willing mind, for the Lord searches every heart and understands every desire and every thought. If you seek him, he will be found by you; but if you forsake him, he will reject you forever (1 Chronicles 28:9 NIV).
You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart (Jeremiah 29:13 NIV).
Even though you feel as if you are in the winter season of life, a time of renewal and refreshing is coming. Set your goals and standards high this year. I will send the supernatural resources, provision, and protection you will need to finish strong.
My child, know that I am your personal bodyguard, and I will never leave your side. I go before you in battle driving out the enemy. And I am your rearguard, watching your back and protecting you from unforeseen attacks. Know you have an opponent who wants to disrupt, distract, and derail My original plan, purpose, and desire for your life. Wherever your feet tread, I will give those places to you. Rest assure that I will supply everything you need for your spiritual journey according to My riches in glory. Just as I led the Israelites out of captivity, I will lead you to a land flowing with
