Colonel Kushal Pal Singh, a former army officer and chairman of DLF, is the face of India’s construction boom. He told senior journalist Shekhar Gupta in a television interview in November 2011: ‘In my terminology, what I call bribing is in two parts: one, where you give money to somebody to facilitate quicker disposal.
