Really though, I have no regrets. I always knew I wanted to have my balls removed and I'm very satisfied with my life now. I know I couldn't have been happy without the procedure. If we're really going to get into hypotheticals, I would say I regret that I hadn't gotten castrated earlier, preferably before I went through puberty and my body developed under the influence of testosterone.
