What could possibly be the chances that this Ilseth is in fact said Devaed and the plans to mend the Northern Boundary are instead to destroy it & unleash his army!
Too far fetched maybe but this dude has untrustworthy vibes regardless. Reminds me of Ulciscor coming to the rescue when vis was in a tight spot just so he could use him to his own ends.
