You Are a Badass at Making Money: Master the Mindset of Wealth

It reminds me a lot of how we’ve been conditioned to deal with sex, another gold medalist in the Topics That Totally Freak People Out Competition. When it comes to having sex and making money, you’re supposed to know what you’re doing and be all great at it, but nobody teaches you anything about it, and you’re never supposed to talk about it because it’s inappropriate, dirty, not so classy.

Time wasted rationalizing the mediocre could be time spent creating the magnificent.

RICH: Able to afford all the things and experiences required to fully experience your most authentic life.

A healthy desire for wealth is not greed, it’s a desire for life.

We all have seeds of unthinkable badassery inside of us, yet only some of us will allow ourselves to grow.

You cannot give what you do not have, so if you want to help others you have to take care of yourself first.

Emotions don’t like to share their space. If you’re sick of feeling scared or sad or frustrated, focus all your energy on building up the opposite emotion.

be very conscious of what brings you joy, purposefully participate in those things as best you can, and ditch anything that brings you down or makes you yawn.

We all have habitual places where we stop—a certain threshold where something gets too intimate or too expensive or too close to success for our comfort. Crossing this threshold is exactly what we need to do to exit our comfort zones and transform our lives, which is why it’s so terrifying to us
