Go out of your way every day to do at least three nice things for people. Also, when you’re about to be not nice, breathe, pause, and make a different choice. Practice patience. Notice when you’re getting uptight or grouchy and remember: You can’t rush the Universe. Don’t try to pull open the flower. It all blooms according to plan.
