This practice of releasing judgment dissolves all boundaries with love. It brings us back to the truth: that we’re all in it together. We all suffer. We all feel unworthy and abandoned. Calling on the Holy Instant allows us to remember that we are all the same, and so we should be kind to one another. Identifying this sameness is what allows us to shift our focus from separation to love. The same way we share the thought system of fear, we also share the loving mind.
