Come on... How much stoopider can you make people? I mean, technically we are that stoopid, but after book 4 this does not make any kind of sense.

met my boss, Sheriff Virgil Wolfgard. It’s one thing to mentally prepare yourself for harassment and bullying by your coworkers because your body doesn’t have the same equipment as theirs; it’s quite another thing to have your boss look at you like you’re an item on the menu. I guess he needed a deputy more than he needed a meal.
