Unless we know why these things would matter to Freddy, Martha, or Jane, they’re just a bunch of unusual things that happen, even if they do break a well-known external pattern. Not only don’t they suggest an actual story, they don’t suggest anything at all, other than the reaction: Wow, that’s weird!
