When he got closer to them, they “disappeared” but there were tracks on the ground and they had “obviously” hidden in some nearby brush. In retrospect, the man thought maybe he had witnessed a “test run” for the OKC bombing. Not long after this occurred, he returned to the area and saw “a large group of individuals clad in white robes with colored sashes” and a large trailer. He could not understand how they got the trailer so far out into that terrain. The area, he said, was filled with “isolationists, survivalists, paramilitary groups and some religious individuals all focused on Idaho”
