Often the easiest way to start talking with Me is to thank Me for being your Savior, Redeemer, and Friend. You can also give thanks for things that

are happening in your life, your family, your church, and beyond. These grateful prayers connect you with Me and ease the way into other prayers. You can talk freely with Me since I know everything about you and your circumstances. I never reject you because the penalty for your sins has been paid in full—with My blood. Trust Me enough to pour out your heart to Me, for I am your Refuge.
