Look at how swiftly death had visited when supposed perfection reigned.
Pity fate couldn’t talk. If it could, I would’ve heard the reply: She’s your beginning. Your end. Your salvation.
ONCE WITHIN A song, a girl who was terrified of everything finally found a reason to be afraid of nothing.
She was safety to me. Even while granting jeopardy in the worst way.
Where had she come from and how the hell did I make her mine?
“Is that a challenge?” I leaned closer, our noses almost touching. “Do you want it to be?” “A challenge of letting you kiss me?” I shook my head. “No, a challenge of making you fall in love with me.”
He made me glow. His eyes held rescue and freedom and safety, placing me on a pedestal I had no right to occupy. He looks at me as if he’s unworthy.
“I’m going to make you come. And when you do, that’s a contract between you and me that you’ll do everything in your power to stay safe. You won’t be reckless…” I thrust with both fingers. “You won’t be heroic…” I massaged her clit. “And you’ll let me into your goddamn heart because you’re already in mine.” I
was completely at her mercy. I might be the one touching her body, drawing physical desire. But she was the one touching my soul, wrapping strings around my heart and fastening me to her forever.
She played every chord on my heart like a damn maestro.
“I’ve never wanted anything as much as I want you.” He kissed my eyelids. “Never been so bloody desperate to be with anyone as much as I am with you.” He kissed my cheeks. “I’m going to have you, Stel. I’m going to claim you, satisfy you, corrupt you.” He kissed the corner of my mouth. “I’m going to seduce you, and once you’re thoroughly seduced, I’m never going to let you leave me.”
“I’ll make you come over and over, Stel, but if it means I’ll never have the pleasure, then fine. I can live without if it means you live with more.”
“How can I get used to this?” His fingers twisted my nipples before cascading down my noticeable ribcage. “How can I hope to breathe after inhaling you? How can I hope to taste after licking you?” His nose nuzzled my throat. “How am I supposed to live after having you love me?”
“I crash landed to find him. I fell from the sky to know him. I died a mortal death to be worthy of him. I am reborn because of him. “If rescue never comes, know I didn’t need it. If help never arrives, know I didn’t want it. If we die here together, be happy knowing this was our destiny. “Don’t find us. Don’t mourn us. Don’t weep for us. Because we were the lucky ones, the chosen ones, the only ones for each other.”
