If you’re not a morning person and you find it particularly difficult to exercise in the morning, move your run or your exercise class to later in the day when your body won’t fight you so much. I’ve noticed that some people who have difficulty getting started in the morning don’t get enough sleep. Ideally you should wake up by yourself (that is, without an alarm to wake you) and feel refreshed when you do. If that’s not the case, you might need to go to bed earlier. While any given factor may make only a small difference, the various factors add up.
