Look rather at the abomination he has removed and, blaming yourself, bless him because through God's grace he has been of such service to you. 32. If you are concerned for your soul's health, do not despair of your sickness as though it were incurable; but apply to it the potent medicine of ascetic effort and you will get rid of it.
