one of the greatest motivators I can think of for getting feedback: myelination. Myelination is the process by which your brain increases its ability and speed to send signals down the circuitry by growing myelin, a specialized fatty tissue, around the nerve fibers. It speeds up the processor. The more you have, the better the wiring can conduct signals. Put simply, the more we practice, the more we repeat something, the more myelination happens, and the wiring for that behavior gets stronger. Practice makes perfect.
