I don’t know for sure whether Jesus rose from the dead. What I do know is that there are things I’ve done that I have a hard time forgiving myself for, but I’m able to do so when I believe Jesus already forgave me. I know that the story of a man who told people to “turn the other cheek” inspires me to approach people differently and that this inspiration affects those who interact with me.
