Bottom line: Lifting weights doesn’t make you big; eating a large amount of food makes you big. Lifting weights won’t make you big and bulky; chocolate croissants will make you big and bulky.
•If you can’t tell where it comes from, chances are it’s not real food (i.e., a bagel doesn’t have any resemblance to a strand of wheat). •If it comes through a drive-thru window, chances are it’s not real food. •If there are more than four or five ingredients, chances are it’s not real food. •If it even has to list the ingredients on it, chances are it’s not real food. •If it has a mascot or you get a special toy for buying it, chances are it’s not real food.
